FBF1 Gene Regulated Target Novel-miRNA-1135 Associated with Hydrolethalus Syndrome 1 between Exercise and Non-exercise Conditions in Male Rat Osteoarthritis Administration

Pristane-induced arthritis (PIA) introduced to the rat models was stimulated with exercise intervention.MicroRNAs serum and target gene were examined in this study. Four groups of male Sprague-Dawley rats with three rats in each group comprising non-exercise without PIA (N-EX), non-exercise with PIA (N-EX+PIA), exercise without PIA (EX), and exercise with PIA (EX+PIA)were studied. By the end of the study period, blood samples were taken to examine miRNAbiomarkers and target gene predictions.
