资源简介:
To identify genes regulated by Relish in both the absence and presence of TBI in Drosophila, we compared genome-wide mRNA expression of control flies, as well as flies that were heterozygous or homozygous for a null allele of relish with and without injury. Whole male fly mRNA profiles of 1-7 day old wild type (+/+), heterozygous (+/Reldel) and homozygous (Reldel/Reldel) Drosophila lines in a yw background were generated, 4 h following injury or without injury. Experiments were performed in quadruplicate, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
