We realized a two-dimensional ferromagnetic tantalum sulfide nanodevice with iron intercalation using nano fabrication technology, we studied the magnetic transport properties of the material at low temperatures by using proton gate voltage technology. Through low temperature Hall measurement, it is found that tantalum sulfide nano sheets with iron intercalation have topological Hall effect. By changing the gate voltages, it is found that the topological Hall effect can be changed by changing the carrier of the nanoflakes.The whole data was collected by the transport module ETO of MPMS-3. The main data of this paper was collected in December 2019 in FLEET center, school of science, Royal Melbourne University of Technology, Australia. The data includes 1. anomalous Hall data at different temperatures; 2. Data of 8K abnormal Hall magnetoresistance under different gate voltages.
