Replication package for evaluating local language models as triage judges for synthetic structured API policy evidence

This archive contains the replication package for the study of local language models as bounded triage judges over structured API policy-evidence packets. It includes deterministic benchmark and validation materials, prompts, local model outputs, parsing and analysis code, derived tables and figures, reproducibility instructions, environment details captured during model runs, and integrity hashes. The archive excludes manuscript source, compiled manuscript artifacts, journal templates, submission notes, cover letters, response letters, and local build artifacts.
