Exploring Within-Colony Thermal Tolerance Variability in Reef-Building Corals

This repository contains folders accompanying manuscript data, organized by data type. `MY_ID_CBASS_HOBO_data.zip` contains temperature logger data from CBASS assays recorded with HOBO temperature loggers. These files document the realized temperature profiles during the short-term acute thermal stress experiments. `MY_ID_colony_pictures.zip` contains underwater in situ photographs of the sampled coral colonies. These images provide visual documentation of colony identity, morphology, and field condition at the time of sampling. `MY_ID_DADA2_ASV_16S.zip` contains 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequence variant (ASV) reference sequences generated using the DADA2 workflow. These files represent the inferred bacterial ASV sequences used for downstream microbiome analyses.
