Building_Footprints

Scott County, Iowa building footprint layer. Originally created in 2009 using stereoscopic methods from aerial photos, delivered via contract with photogrammetry firm. Outside Davenport, most have base and top elevations including building height. Those in Davenport do not. Footprints added since 2009 were created various ways including heads-up-digitizing, automated feature extraction, or from dimensions on Assessor's office building sketches.
