<b>Dataset of article submitted to JGR-Oceans Upwelling regulates nutrient supply and phytoplankton chlorophyll-a regime on the East China Sea shelf during late summer</b>

This dataset provides the shipboard hydrological and biochemical data obtained on the East China Sea shelf in late summer. The cruise was conducted onboard the R/V <i>Xiangyanghong No. 18</i> during September 12 to 24 in 2019. There are two sheets in the Data Table, including “CTD” and “Nutrient and chlorophyll-a”. The sheet of “CTD” contains temperature, salinity and density in a vertical spacing of 1 m for each station, while the sheet of “Nutrient and chlorophyll-a” contains DIN (Dissolved inorganic nitrogen), phosphate (PO₄^3--P), silicate (SiO₃^2--Si) and chlorophyll-a at discrete depths.

本数据集包含2019年夏末于东海陆架获取的船基水文与生化观测数据。本次考察航次于2019年9月12日至24日在"向阳红18号"科考船（R/V Xiangyanghong No.18）上开展。数据表格包含两个工作表，分别为"CTD（温盐深仪，Conductivity, Temperature, Depth）"与"Nutrient and chlorophyll-a（营养盐与叶绿素a）"。其中，CTD工作表记录了各测站垂直间距为1米的温度、盐度与密度数据；营养盐与叶绿素a工作表则收录了不同离散深度下的DIN（溶解无机氮，Dissolved inorganic nitrogen）、磷酸盐（PO₄³⁻-P）、硅酸盐（SiO₃²⁻-Si）以及叶绿素a含量。
