Occupational Identities of Fixed-Term Employees 2006

In the study, 35 people were interviewed about their career paths. All the interviewees were people with academic education but with temporary, fixed-term employment. The topics of the interviews included the way the people identified with being fixed-term employees, the way short-term employment affected people and their careers, and what means and ways people had in coping with being in short-term employment. The dataset is only available in Finnish.
