Danish Election Study 2005

The Danish Election Study 2005 consists of a main survey and a supplement survey. The main survey included an election survey which used the same methods as previous election studies and a panel study. The election survey was conducted among 1461 voters in 2005. The panel study was conducted among 803 voters in 2001 and again after the election in 2005. The population of the study consists of persons living in Denmark who are eighteen years or older. The survey includes the de facto population regardless of citizenship. The main survey includes the following background variables: Sex, age and marital status. The number of adults (i.e. persons who are eighteen years or older) and children in the household. The respondent''s education, employment status, private or public employment, union membership, the annual income of the respondent and the household, home ownership and location.
