The Adelaide Drawing Prize is a significant peer reviewed annual Ausralian drawing prize orgainised by PLC Sydney. The work aims to extend knowledge of contemporay drawing through its selection in the main body of work.

The work aims to extend knowledge of contemporay drawing by exploring the relationshio between surrealist drawing techniques while referencing figurative composition in order to describe visually associative memories. It explored the use new materials such as industrial marking materials in a traditional drawing context. It aims to explore the slippage between recognisable archtypes of identification, such as the figure, and purely abstract automatic drawing, as they may continue to be used in contemporary times.
