Characterization of genes specifically expressed in mouse primary quiescent hepatic stellate cells (HSC) compared to the whole liver by RNA-sequencing and single cell RNA sequencing as well as effect of UDP-glucose treatment on mouse primary HSC. Bulk RNA sequencing of 13 samples: 4 quiescent HSC, 3 whole liver, 3 cultured-HSC untreated, 3 cultured HSC treated with UDP-glucose for 24h. Single cell RNA sequencing of normal untreated liver.
