Sustained Signal Training (SST) – Raw Data Package (2025 Study Window)

Description: This archive contains the raw datasets underlying the manuscript “FitDays and Ōura validation of the Sustained Signal Training (SST) model: thermogenic adaptation without recovery cost.” Study window: 2025-01-01 → 2025-09-30 (primary), Ōura overlap to 2025-10-31. Sources: FitDays Smart Scale (body composition), Ōura Ring Gen 4 (HR, HRV/RMSSD, readiness, temperature deviation, sleep, SpO₂, stress, VO₂ max, cardiovascular age, sleep model outputs), and JEFIT (sets×reps×weight logs). Contents: 11 CSV data files, README (methods, integrity, reproduction steps), and a data dictionary. Files are direct exports (no smoothing or imputation). JEFIT is trimmed to 2025; older logs remain privately archived for provenance. Reproducibility: All rolling averages and correlations reported in the manuscript can be recomputed from these CSVs.
