Dataset: Client-Perpetrated Violence, Intent to Leave and Work-Related Rumination

This repository contains information about the longitudinal data utilized in a study investigating the bidirectional relationship between exposure to client-perpetrated violence and intention to leave. Work-related rumination was also investigated as a potential mediator in the proposed forward relationship, and is thus also included in the dataset. 

The data was collected in 3 waves over a period of 12 months, with a 6-month time-lag between measurement points. The baseline assessment was conducted electronically in March 2020 (T1), while the subsequent follow-up periods were conducted in September 2020 (T2), and March 2021 (T3).

Due to GDPR, the dataset will only be available upon reasonable request after the project period has ended.
