The project studied the molecular mechanisms of botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT/A) binding and endocytosis in cultured primary hippocampal neurons. The collection includes all the original single molecule imaging data (single and dual channel), electron microscopy and electron tomography data, fluorescent imaging data, as well as electrophysiological recordings, presented in Figures 1-5 in Joensuu et al., 2023 EMBO J (article doi: 10.15252/embjoj.2022112095). The corresponding figure folders also contain all the original quantification files.
