Phylogenetic networks found in scientific publications, encoded as text files containing a list of edges (on each line, a parent node is followed by a whitespace followed by a child node). The networks can be visualised at https://phylnet.univ-mlv.fr/recophync/networkDraw.php. This dataset was started in 2015 during a Merlion Project between Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and National University of Singapore, involving Philippe Gambette, Andreas Gunawan, Anthony Labarre, Stéphane Vialette and Louxin Zhang. S. Nguyen and A. Sirunyan have added some phylogenetic networks to this dataset, in the context of their Science Académie internship at LIGM in April 2016.
