Data and Code for a Dependency-Aware Systematic Review of Medicinal-Plant Flavonoid Monomers in Experimental Pulmonary Fibrosis

This record provides the frozen submission-consistency dataset, analysis code, figure-source data, risk-of-bias materials, and processed computational outputs supporting the manuscript “Effects of Medicinal-Plant Flavonoid Monomers on Experimental Pulmonary Fibrosis: A Systematic Review and Dependency-Aware Meta-Analysis.” The quantitative animal evidence comprises 28 independent studies and 185 effect estimates. The archived materials include the dependency-aware Meta-analysis inputs and results, aggregate PRISMA accounting, SYRCLE risk-of-bias materials, human-lung transcriptomic disease-context analyses, controlled TGFBR1 docking and redocking outputs, and processed results from three independent 50-ns molecular-dynamics simulations. Human transcriptomic results are interpreted as external disease-context associations. Docking and molecular-dynamics analyses are provided only for hypothesis prioritization and do not establish direct target binding, therapeutic efficacy, or a confirmed mechanism of action. This release supersedes the historical 30-study/192-effect dataset and the 610-row draft. The incomplete 159-record full-text exclusion file is not included. Raw molecular-dynamics trajectories are available from the corresponding authors on reasonable request.
