资源简介:
Soil-borne fungal pathogens are significant threat to cultivated plants, often causing widespread disease and mortality. However, a few of plants exhibit disease resistance or resilience, enabling them to withstand infections and recover to a healthy state. Increasing evidence suggests that plant-associated microbial communities, particularly rhizosphere microorganisms, play a crucial role in enhancing plant health and resilience by forming a protective shield. We investigates the perennial medicinal herb Coptis chinensis to identify key microbial groups that assist in combating disease-related stress. Healthy, diseased, and disease-resistant/resilient plant samples were analyzed.
