Ascites exosomal lncRNA PLADE enhances platinum sensitivity by inducing R-loop in ovarian cancer

To investigate functional lncRNAs in ovarian cancer ascites exosomes, we performed high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of ascites-derived exosomes from 3 cisplatin-sensitive and 7 cisplatin-resistant HGSOC patients We performed ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depleted RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of ascites-derived exosomes from the cisplatin-sensitive or -resistant HGSOC patients.
