Corruption indices for Polish counties

The dataset includes indices of convictions for corruption-related crimes in Poland. We present the data on a county level. Each index represents an average conviction rate in court districts which a county overlaps with, whereas populations covered by particular court districts (distinguished by the Ministry of Justice) were used as weights. The conviction rate means the number of corruption convictions divided by the population in tens of thousands.The dataset includes 380 records (one for each Polish county), and the following columns:(a) TERC - code of a county,(b) POWIAT - county name,(c) WOJEWODZTWO - voivodeship name,(d) CORRUPT_INDEX_11_15 - corruption convictions index for the 2011-2015 period,(e) CORRUPT_INDEX_16_20 - corruption convictions index for the 2016-2020 period.
