鼓励进口技术和产品目录数据

为积极扩大先进技术、关键装备及零部件、紧缺资源性产品的进口，支持重点行业发展，更好的发挥进口贴息政策对促进技术创新和结构调整的积极作用，国家发展改革委、财政部、商务部印发《鼓励进口技术和产品目录》。同时，部分省份的省商务厅、省财政厅结合各自省份的产业发展特色及需求，同时与国家《鼓励进口技术和产品目录》形成错位扶持，也修订完善了省级层面的《鼓励进口技术和产品目录》。 《鼓励进口技术和产品目录》主要内容如下：To actively expand the import of advanced technologies, key equipment and spare parts, as well as scarce resource products, support the development of key industries, and better leverage the positive role of import discount policies in promoting technological innovation and structural adjustment, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) jointly issued the Catalogue of Encouraged Imported Technologies and Products. Meanwhile, in light of their respective provincial industrial development characteristics and needs, and to provide differentiated support that complements the national Catalogue of Encouraged Imported Technologies and Products, some provincial departments of commerce and finance have also revised and improved the provincial-level Catalogue of Encouraged Imported Technologies and Products.
