Danish-Norwegian Melusina Folkebøker

This dataset contains data for a study on Melusine-Folkebøker published in Denmark and Norway between 1613 and 1877. The purpose of this dataset is to provide a bibliographical catalogue of the various editions of this text from the two regions. Each entry consists of an "index-card"-style entry containing observations and information on each edition, as well as their publication dates and locations. The database also includes so-called "ghosts", meaning editions that are not accounted for but referenced by other catalogues and/or other secondary sources.
