<b>Shoulder-VX: A Video Dataset of Shoulder Exercises Performed in Natural and Realistic Conditions</b>

<b>Shoulder-VX</b> comprises high-quality video footage of subjects performing four shoulder exercises <i>(standing barbell push press, double dumbbell external shoulder rotation, dumbbell front raise and dumbbell overhead press) </i>in natural and realistic conditions. The videos were hand-recorded using a GoPro Hero 5 Black Edition at 1080p and 60fps, ensuring detailed and stable footage for accurate analysis of shoulder kinetics.
