Volume EM data of PHA producing bacteria

Volume-EM data of three microbial organisms are stored in zipped folders: Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803: pcc6803.zip Synechocystis salina CCALA 192: ccala192.zip Cupriavidus necator H16: h16.zip Datasets were acquired at the Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences: the resin-embedded blocks were trimmed and transferred to VolumeScope Pins. Imaging was performed using VolumeScope (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.). Serial images were acquired with MAPS software. C. necator dataset: Imaging parameters: 3 keV, 50 pA, 10 Pa. Resolution: 7 nm. Slice thickness: 50 nm. Dwell time per pixel: 3 µs. Synechocystis datasets: Imaging parameters: 2 keV, 0.1 nA, 10 Pa. Voxel size and dwell time per pixel: Same as for C. necator
