Share of consumers willing to pay more for organic food and drink Europe 2015

This statistic shows the share of consumers that are willing to pay a premium for an organic claim on food and drink products in selected countries in Europe in 2015. A majority of 18 percent of German respondents are willing to pay extra for food and drink with an organic claim, followed by 17 percent of French respondents.
