1.创制了窑式和罐式过热蒸汽超高温热处理、反烧式高温热处理等关键装备。①研发了木竹材干燥和高温热处理一体窑。提高了热能利用效率,缩短了处理周期,降低了生产成本 ②研发了罐式过热蒸汽超高温热处理设备。在罐式热处理设备内产生加压过热蒸汽环境,增加窑内湿度,在较低温度下实现木竹材热处理,缩短热处理周期 ③研发了反烧式高温热处理设备。以生物质为燃料,热处理循环介质通过反烧式燃烧来换热,具有换热一体化、热效率高,燃烧充分无污染以及设备构造简单、投资少等优点 ④研制了高温炭化窑喷雾化水降温装置,可以迅速、均匀地降低窑内的温度,缩短处理周期,降低生产成本。 2.发明了木竹材高温干燥及超高温热处理生产技术。采用阶梯式连续升温方法对木竹材进行改性处理,实现了木材高效、节能、无污染的改性处理 获得20余种不同树种的木材最佳热处理炭化工艺。 3.发明了木材密实炭化联合处理生产技术,提高其尺寸稳定性、密度和强度。 4.高温热处理木竹材料制造技术平台的构建与新产品创制。开发出高性能实木和复合地板,园林景观用材,高性能重组竹材等系列产品,有效地提高了木竹材的尺寸稳定性和耐候防腐性。 5.主要知识产权:获得专利23件,其中国际发明专利6件,中国发明专利15件 制定国家标准2部 发表论文48篇(其中SCI收录13篇) 获得中国专利优秀奖2项。
1. Key equipment including kiln-type and tank-type superheated ultra-high temperature treatment equipment, reverse-combustion high-temperature heat treatment equipment has been developed.
① An integrated kiln for wood and bamboo drying and high-temperature heat treatment has been developed, which improves thermal energy utilization efficiency, shortens treatment cycles, and reduces production costs.
② A tank-type superheated ultra-high temperature heat treatment equipment has been developed. A pressurized superheated steam environment is created inside the tank-type heat treatment equipment to increase the humidity in the kiln, realizing wood and bamboo heat treatment at relatively low temperatures and shortening the heat treatment cycle.
③ A reverse-combustion high-temperature heat treatment equipment has been developed. Using biomass as fuel, the heat treatment cycle medium exchanges heat through reverse-combustion combustion, which has advantages such as integrated heat exchange, high thermal efficiency, sufficient combustion without pollution, simple equipment structure, and low investment.
④ An atomized water cooling device for high-temperature carbonization kilns has been developed, which can quickly and uniformly lower the temperature inside the kiln, shorten treatment cycles, and reduce production costs.
2. A production technology for high-temperature drying and ultra-high temperature heat treatment of wood and bamboo materials has been invented. A stepwise continuous heating method is adopted to modify wood and bamboo materials, realizing efficient, energy-saving and pollution-free modification treatment of wood. The optimal heat treatment and carbonization processes for more than 20 different tree species have been obtained.
3. A combined treatment production technology for wood densification and carbonization has been invented, which improves the dimensional stability, density and strength of wood.
4. Construction of a high-temperature heat treatment wood and bamboo material manufacturing technology platform and development of new products. A series of products including high-performance solid wood and composite flooring, landscape building materials, high-performance recombined bamboo materials have been developed, effectively improving the dimensional stability, weather resistance and corrosion resistance of wood and bamboo materials.
5. Main intellectual property rights: 23 patents have been obtained, including 6 international invention patents and 15 Chinese invention patents; 2 national standards have been formulated; 48 papers have been published (including 13 SCI-indexed papers); 2 China Patent Excellence Awards have been obtained.
