# Replication materials for \"Sheltering Populists? House Prices and the Support for Populist Parties\" *Ben Ansell, Frederik Hjorth, Jacob Nyrup & Martin Vinæs Larsen* ## Overview This repository provides data and codes for reproducing the results contained in the figures and tables of the main text as well as the appendix. The files in this repository are organized based on the following prefixes: - `code_*`: Code files (.r and .do) used to turn data into figures and tables. - `data_*`: Data files (.dta). - `log_*`: Log files (.txt and .html) documenting the smooth running of the code files. The files produced by the replication code are named using the following prefixes: - `figure_*`: Figures (.pdf). - `table_*`: Tables (.tex and .txt). ## Reproducing the results To reproduce the results, run the following code files (the order shown is arbitrary): - `code_figure1_appendixe_appendixf.R`: Figures 1 + appendices E, F - `code_dk_ziplvl.do`: Figures 2, 3, 4, G1, H1, I1, tables 1, A1, D1 - `code_dk_micro.do`: Tables 2, D2, L1 - `code_nordic.do`: Figure 5, 6, tables D3, D4, D5, M1, N1, N2, N3 Running these code files will output figures and tables into the working directory. Remember to fix the working directory path in the top line of each script.
