Transcriptome profiling of human pancreatic cancer cells following CBLC knockdown

This study aims to investigate the function of CBLC and its underlying molecular mechanisms in human pancreatic cancer PANC-1 cells. We performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to compare the global gene expression profiles between PANC-1 cells with CBLC knockdown (shCBLC) and control cells (shNC). Total RNA was extracted from these cells and sequenced using the BGISEQ platform. The resulting data will provide valuable insights into the downstream target genes and signaling pathways regulated by CBLC, potentially identifying novel therapeutic targets for pancreatic cancer.
