JR15001 (AMT25, JR864) CTD profiles (pressure, temperature, salinity, potential temperature, density, fluorescence, transmissance, downwelling PAR, dissolved oxygen concentration) calibrated and binned to 1 dbar.

This dataset consists of 74 CTD profiles (pressure, temperature, salinity, potential temperature, density, fluorescence, transmissance, downwelling PAR, dissolved oxygen concentration) collected during the Atlantic Meridional Transect programme cruise AMT25 (JR15001, JR864). The cruise period was between the 15th September and 4th November 2015, and CTD data were collected between the 18th September and 2nd November 2015. The cruise track between Immingham, United Kingdom and the Stanley, Falkland Islands (Malvinas) passed through both North and South Atlantic gyres. This dataset contributes to the AMT time-series of core oceanographic measurements along a north-south transect of the Atlantic Ocean. The profile down casts have been processed, quality controlled, calibrated for salinity, oxygen and fluorescence, then binned to 1 dbar.
