Sanitary hot water heat pump sales in Europe have increased by over 100,000 units during the past decade, reaching over 186,000 units sold in 2020. In comparison, there were 31,600 sanitary water heat pumps sold in Europe in 2010. According to the forecast, the sales of this type of household appliance are expected to keep rising during the coming years. In 2020, air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps in Europe had a higher number of sales than those running on sanitary hot water.
