The uploaded data include four files in tdf file format (further compressed with gzip) for visualization purposes with the Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) programme.The data originates from four dogs (Canis familiaris), sequenced by Tandon et al. (2024). RNA was sequenced from the brain's cortical region, aligned to the CanFam 3.1 reference genome and tdf files were created from the bam files with IGVtools.
