资源简介:

Data from this project includes (1) contigs and predicted proteins for all the Cryptophyceae genomes (nuclear, nucleomorph, plastid) used in our analyses (including the genome of Teleaulax amphioxeia strain AND-0710 with BioSample SAMEA120642984 and assigned to Tree of Life ID (ToLID) ‘uyTelAmph1’), (2) contigs and predicted proteins for all the Archaeplastida genomes containing the DNApol-III subunits alpha and tau/gamma (nuclear, plastid), (3) and contigs and predicted proteins for a genomic database of Cyanobacteria that we curated in this study. In addition, the associated sequencing data for Teleaulax amphioxeia strain AND-0710 is available from ENA under project PRJEB104650. Our data availability also includes (4) the concatenated alignment of 33 single-copy core genes used for Cryptophyceae nucleomorph phylogeny with the corresponding maximum-likelihood tree, (5) the alpha, beta, tau/gamma and epsilon proteins used for the global search for eukaryotic DNApol-III on NCBI, (6) HMM profiles (four DNApol-III subunits and DNApolB), (7) all predicted proteins for the DNApol-III subunits we found in eukaryotic genomes, (8) metadata, protein alignment and trees corresponding to our phylogenetic analyses of DNApol-III subunits, (9) the six-frame translated protein dataset derived from the Mesodinium rubrum gene assembly and (10) metadata, protein alignment and phylogenetic tree corresponding to our Archaeplastida DNApolB phylogenetic analysis. Finaly, this data includes the supplementary tables associated with our study.
