MAP-Org: Multispectral Animal Polarimetric Organ dataset

The dataset contains reconstructed Mueller matrices and intensity channels acquired at six wavelength bands. The dataset includes measurements from the following sample types: - bacon- chicken breast- chicken liver- chicken wing- lamb chop- lamb heart- lamb kidney- steak Each measurement is organized by sample type, specimen/side, and wavelength: MAP-Org/ <sample_type>/ <specimen_or_side>/ WVL1/ mueller_matrix.h5 WVL2/ mueller_matrix.h5 WVL3/ mueller_matrix.h5 WVL4/ mueller_matrix.h5 WVL5/ mueller_matrix.h5 WVL6/ mueller_matrix.h5 Each "mueller_matrix.h5" file contains: - 'M': normalized Mueller matrix, shape '(4, 4, 1024, 1174)'- 'm00': intensity channel, shape '(1024, 1174)'- root attribute 'color': wavelength band label The dataset contains: - 41 complete multispectral measurements- 246 HDF5 files- 6 wavelength bands per measurement- 16 overview PNG images of the measured samples Wavelength Bands: - WVL1: 680 nm- WVL2: 650 nm- WVL3: 590 nm- WVL4: 550 nm- WVL5: 500 nm- WVL6: 450 nm
