Differential expression of microRNA profiles of four induced pluripotent stem cells lines derived from distinct tissues

This study compared microRNA profiles of four iPSC lines derived from dermal fibroblasts, hair follicle keratinocytes, peripheral blood T cells, and exfoliated renal epithelial cells by copy number count method. In this study, total RNA were extracted from iPSC lines derived from distinct tissues, dermal fibroblasts, hair follicle keratinocytes, peripheral blood T cells, and exfoliated renal epithelial cells and their microRNA profiles were studied by copy number count method (nCounter® miRNA expression assay: Human v3 miRNA panel).
