MIG-seq analysis of the pelagic shrimp Lucensosergia lucens

In this project, we aimed to reveal population structures of the pelagic shrimp Lucensosergia lucens (Sakura-ebi in Japanese) between Japanese and Taiwanese waters using a genome-wide SNP analysis, The multiplexed inter simple sequence repeats (ISSR) genotyping by sequencing (MIG-seq; Suyama and Matsuki 2015) was performed for L. lucens. Samples of L. lucens were collected in the Suruga Bay (Japan) and waters off north and south Taiwan. DNA was extracted using a DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit (Qiagen). According to the method of MIG-seq in Suyama et al. (2022), sequencing libraries were prepared. The raw 150PE sequence reads were obtained on Illumina HiSeq system.
