Analysis of transcriptome data at different times after infestation of Phytophthora capsici by resistant variety R (V06C1825) and susceptible variety S (H15-077)

The laboratory conducted preliminary screening and selected a susceptible variety (H15-077) and a resistant variety (V06C1825). After inoculating these two pepper varieties with P. capsici, stem tissues were collected at 0 days (1 hour), 1 day, 3 days, and 5 days post-inoculation. The tissues were quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen, with three biological replicates for each variety. RNA extraction and cDNA library construction were carried out by Beijing Biomarker Technologies Co., LTD. The cDNA libraries were then sequenced using the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform to obtain the raw data.
