This project had two aims both related to the better understanding of the distribution of actinobacterial genus Frankia. The main goal was to survey two sites with and without the host plants of Frankia to see specifically if the relative abundance of Frankia differed across sites. The second goal was to determine the impact of the presence/absence of host-plant on a site to the overall microbiome.
