To study the impact of the obesity condition on circulating Extracellular Vesicle-miRNA expression signature in breast cancer patients, and identify potential obesity-related miRNAs that may be associated with progression. Comparative EV-miRNA expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for circulating EVs in breast cancer patients categorized based on their Body Mass Index in Normal weight (NW; 18 > BMI < 24.9 Kg/m2) and overweight/obese (OW/Ob BMI > 25 Kg/m2).
