Whole-Exome Sequencing of High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (HSIL) Organoids and Tissue Samples

This study aimed to investigate the mutational landscape of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), a precancerous condition of the cervix, by performing whole-exome sequencing (WES). Given the limited tissue availability, organoid cultures were generated for two HSIL samples to facilitate comprehensive genetic analysis. WES was conducted on two HSIL-derived organoids (CK-HSIL-1 and CK-HSIL-2) and one HSIL tissue sample (CK-HSIL-3).
