To investigate the machanism by which MC1R represses the expression of a subset of IFNg reponsvie genes. We then performed ATAC seq and H3K27ac ChIP-seq to identify promoter and enhancer of MC1R-repressed IFNg reponsive genes. Overall design: We designed B16F10 ATAC seq under 4 different conditions and B16F10 H3K27ac ChIP-seq under 2 different conditions.
