Hamiltonians of hydrogen chains in a STO-3G basis, decomposed in terms of Pauli strings, used in one of the benchmark protocols defined in the AppQSim benchmarking suite available at https://arxiv.org/abs/2503.04298. The identity term has been removed from the decomposition, and a term proportional to (\sum_j Z_j)^2 (which commutes with the Hamiltonian) has been added to each Hamiltonian, so as to minimize the sum of the absolute value of the coefficients.
