Prevalence of stunting, height-for-age (modeled estimate, % of children ages 0-5)

Percentage of children under age 5 with stunting. Stunting is defined as having a height-for-age more than two standard deviations below the median for the international reference population of the same age (0-59 months). For children up to two years old, height is measured as recumbent length; for older children, height is measured as stature while standing.
