TCM-EviBase v1.0.0

TCM-EviBase is a freely accessible, evidence-traceable cheminformatics resource for traditional Chinese medicine. It integrates standardized information on herbs, chemical constituents, molecular targets, formulas, diseases and syndromes with literature-derived liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) ingredient-identification evidence, pharmacological literature, clinical adverse-reaction records, and compound-level ADME and toxicity-related annotations. Experimentally or clinically observed evidence is presented separately from computational predictions.
