A double-sided planer for vertical planning， comprising a base (1)， wherein a left-end supporting structure and a right-end supporting structure are separately arranged at a left end and a right end of the base (1)， a movable frame (5) is arranged on an upper plane (29) of the base (1) between the two supporting structures， the movable frame (5) is connected with the right-end supporting structure (3) through an adjustment screw rod (6)， a planing face A (10) is arranged on one side of the left-end supporting structure (2)， a planing face B (11) is arranged on one side of the movable frame (5)， the planing face A (10) is parallel to the planing face B (11)， a plurality of rows of transferring rollers (13) are mounted on the planing face A (10)， a plurality of rows of pressing rollers (16) are mounted on the planing face B (11)， at least one row of planing tools A (12) are mounted among the transferring rollers (13)， and at least one row of planer tools B (15) are mounted among the transferring rollers (16).
