## Description of the data and file structure
This data includes the following sheets.
### **Field data**
Seasonal time-series transcriptome and genome-wide H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 data from *Arabidopsis halleri* (Nishio *et al*., 2020b).
Transcript and ChIP-seq data are shown as log2 (RPKM+1).
* Ahal_ID: Gene ID in *A. halleri*Â .
* Araport11_ID: Homologues gene ID in *A. thaliana*.
* Reciprocal_flag: Number of homologues gene in *A. halleri* for the homologues genes in *A. thaliana*.
* Locus_type: Whether the locus encodes a protein.
* Symbol: Gene name.
* Alias: The other gene name.
* Note: Short description.
* Transcript: Gene expression (mRNA) levels in each month.
* ChIP-seq/H3K4me3/Gene body:Â H3K4me3 levels within a 1 kilobase (kb) region downstream of the TSS (Transcription start site).
