Infection of rat epithelial cells with a Salmonella typhimurium strain expressing Rck, PagN and the T3SS1 system (14028Sur) and two Salmonella typhimurium strains invalidated for entry factors (i.e. D(rck, pagN) and DinvASur)

The aim of this work was to study the cellular gene expression profiles associated with the entry mechanism of Salmonella typhimurium. Whatever the bacterial strain used for infection, the expression of numerous genes associated with the extracellular matrix was modified.本研究旨在探究与鼠伤寒沙门氏菌（Salmonella typhimurium）入侵机制相关的细胞基因表达谱。无论感染所用的沙门氏菌菌株为何，大量与细胞外基质（extracellular matrix）相关的基因的表达均发生了改变。
