Average price of residential properties built after 1960 in London (UK) 2012-2015

This statistic shows the average price of residential properties built after 1960 (but not new) in Greater London (United Kingdom) from the first quarter of 2012 to the fourth quarter of 2015, according to the Halifax house price index. By the end of 2014, the prices of properties built in that period in London reached the level of 330.9 thousand British pounds (GBP). Since then they have noted further growth, reaching 383.3 thousand GBP by the fourth quarter of 2015.
