ChiPBench-D is a comprehensive benchmark dataset designed to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-based chip placement algorithms in final design Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) metrics. It contains diverse evaluation data from 20 circuits across various domains for assessing the end-to-end performance of AI algorithms in the entire Electronic Design Automation (EDA) workflow.
