The try-before-you-buy customized beauty box is a revolutionary commerce idea that the Thai beauty industry is exploring in-depth for the first time with this thesis. The main objective is to evaluate this concept's potential to change Thai consumers' interactions with beauty products. The study is based on the post-COVID-19 environment, in which the beauty sector has encountered major obstacles and changes in consumer purchasing patterns. The proposal looks into how customized beauty boxes, which let customers test products before they buy them, fit in with consumers' growing awareness of how much they spend, especially on cosmetics. This study assesses the viability and economics of launching a subscription-based service that provides customized beauty boxes in Thailand through in-depth investigation. The goal of the outcome is to shed light on consumer preferences and the viability of this business model from an operational standpoint, which will ultimately aid in the comprehension of creative retail tactics used in the beauty industry. The results of this thesis should provide insightful viewpoints for company owners and entrepreneurs trying to adjust to the shifting landscape of Thailand's beauty sector.
