The Changes to the State Management Models and a Proposal for a Concept of Governance of Public Administration

Abstract The present work aims to analyze to what extent the transformations in the forms of state management, as well as the crisis of the modern State model contributed to the emergence of a notion of governance of the Public Administration. To do so, using the inductive method and bibliographic research, a retrospective of the modes of state management will be elaborated, in order to propose a governance concept of Public Administration.
