The endophytic bacterial community structure of the conifer tree Abies religiosa was assessed through the sequencing and bioinformatic analyses of the V3-V4 hypervariable regions of the 16S rRNA gene. The endophytic bacterial community was determined at different plant compartments, i.e., aereal parts and roots. The former included stem and leaves.
